Since entering the 21 st century, education reform has gradually thorough popular feeling, school-based curriculum, the different with the traditional national curriculum of the new curriculum, new ideas have gradually develop in our country, through literature review, however, there are a lot of schools for a variety of reasons, not the opening of a school-based curriculum, have opened in the school-based curriculum of the school also has this or that problem, with less experience there are still many problems need to be solved. Breaking the previous school-based curriculum development of traditional national curriculum, teacher is the way to teach courses, takes student’s main body status, exercise at the same time the teachers’ special education resources, and according to the school school peripheral natural environment, community, some plants and trees, the school can develop the natural resources.
