Since the new curriculum reform, three level of curriculum management (the nationalcurriculum, local curriculum and school curriculum) has been implemented in China. Itindicates that China’s basic education curriculum management decentralization has taken asubstantial step. The three level curriculum governing policy establishes the legal status ofthe implementation of school-based curriculum. After nearly ten years of practice andexploration, a lot of schools has constructed the basic framework of the implementation ofschool-based curriculum, and the implementation effect is obvious. But due to variousreasons, some schools have met problems in the implementation of school-basedcurriculum, such as the course quality is not high, curriculum development is in disorder,professional knowledge is poor, the implementation of school-based curriculum becomes amere formality and so on. All of these have a bad influence on the implementation ofschool-based curriculum. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the implementation ofschool-based curriculum effectiveness research,This article tries to research the effectiveness of Junior high school curriculumimplementation, taking Yan Tai economic and Technological Development Zone as anexample. The author used literature research, questionnaire investigation, interview method,observation method, and so on..The first chapter: Put forward this research topic; elaborate the origin of this research,the value and significance of the research; Sketch the design, introduces the basic assumption,ideas and the research methods.The second chapter survey: Investigate the junior high school-based curriculumimplementation in the Yan Tai economic and Technological Development Zone. Get the basicmaterials.Find out the problems on the foundation of the analysis data.The third Chapter countermeasures: Construct the research system based on theresearch of Junior high school curriculum implementation. Namely:"To update the concept"includes the construction of new situation education thought, clear explanation of three levelof curriculum policy, establish the scientific concept of school-based curriculum;“Effectivedevelopment research" includes planning, strictly regulate the development steps ofcurriculum implementation, optimize curriculum resources, Selected course content,Preparation of the syllabus;" Effective teaching" includes the construction of a harmonious teachers and students concerned, cooperative inquiry teaching method, the effectiveintegration of resources, continuous reflection and improvement, established to promote thedevelopment of teaching evaluation;"Effective management of research" includes improvingthe subject initiative, to establish a democratic and open management mechanism, strengthenthe teaching process management, effective curriculum evaluation;" Effective trainingresearch" includes the change of concept, content, focus and action research.The fourth chapter conclusion: Summarize the results, summed up the basic conclusionbased on the literature review, investigation of present situation and countermeasure research.
