With the advance of the new curriculum reform, China's curriculum policy has experienced unprecedented great changes, we implement three levels of curriculum management: national, regional, scholastic.The exploitation of school-based curriculum development was popular in some major developed countries in the west in 1970s. It is a model corresponding to the national curriculum, and its core concept is to combine the curriculum exploitation with the concrete situations of schools, aiming to meet the various needs of different students. This is a important supplement of the national curriculum model. The contradiction between the single national curriculum and the various different school curricula is main impetus of the exploitation of school-based curriculum development. As a supplement of the national and regional curriculum, the school-based curriculum development is very important and necessary from the perspect of students. the various needs of students encourage us to consider the research and implementation of school-based curriculum development as a new topic.Based on the above reasons, this thesis thinks exploiting the school-based curriculum development is to give prominence to the characteristics of school, and is an important and necessary stage in completing the contents of curriculum. From the point of view of the aims of the Chinese teaching and subject characters, exploiting school-based curriculum development very necessary and has great significance.
