Background The strategy of China’s higher education has changed from elite eduction to popular education, the number of college graduates has increased quickly,in the meantime, and they faced with great psychological pressures. In this situation, if the students couldn’t adjust themselves in psychologically or get help from the others, it will be harmful to their physical and mental health; some may even lead to crimes or other extreme terrible behaviors like suicide, and may greatly influence the instability of social harmonious. Therefore, how to encourage the students to deal with the problems of employment effectively, obtain more social supports, and enhance the employment pressure tolerance, is a very urgent problem. The counselor is a bridge between the college and students as well as the backbone of college students management.Objective(1)To work out "the questionnaire of counselors’ support on the undergraduates’ employment";(2) Analysis of medical independent college students employment pressure, the psychological flexibility and the status quo of counselors support.(3) Discusses college students’ employment pressure, the relationship between resilience and counselors support, provide theory support for the university employment guidance and psychological support.Methods We will interview in depth the undergraduates, psychological experts in education, education experts in employment guidance service and counselors. Then we will design questions and carried on the program analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity testing, and finally compose " the questionnaire of counselors’support on the undergraduates’employment " which meets psychometric requirements and has great practical significance; Taking " the questionnaire of counselors’support on the undergraduates’employment ", "questionnaire of college students’ employment pressure" and "Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale" as the measurement tools, we will carry out research on the graduates in Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University who are the research objects. The data collected will be dealt with by descriptive statistical analysis, t test, analysis of variance test and related analysis in order to explore the relationship between medical independent college students employment psychological pressure, elastic, instructor support general status and employment pressure, resilience and counselor’s support.Results:(1)The "the questionnaire of counselors’support on the undergraduates’employment" has 26 questions and it adopts 5 point scoring method. The internal consistency reliability is 0.950, the test-retest reliability is 0.682-0.793, and the structure validity is quite satisfactory.(2)The employment pressure of students in the independent medical college is on and above the average level. The difference between genders and students is remarkable. The employment pressure of student cadres is slightly lower than the non-student-cadre, which is not quite obvious.(3) The mental resilience of the students in the independent medical college is on and above the average level, which was not significant in gender difference but significant in students. The resilience of student cadres is significantly higher than the non-student-cadres who are apparently more optimistic than the former. The two groups show no remarkable differences in the overall mental resilience.(4) Counselors’support on the employment of students is on the intermediate level and the gender difference and student differences are not obvious (t=0.811, P=0.418; t=0.369, P=0.713). The student cadres obviously obtained more support than the non-student-cadres (t=3.766, P=0.000)(5) For counselors and employment pressure significantly negative correlation (r= 0.359, P=0.359), support and psychological counselors elastic significant positive correlation (r= 0.319, P= 0.319), resilience and employment pressure is significantly negative correlation (r= 0.189, P= 0.189).Conclusions(1) Completed preliminary " the questionnaire of counselors’support on the undergraduates’ employment", the questionnaire has the ideal faith, validity, high stability and reliability.(2) College students’ employment pressure, the psychological elasticity and counselors support group significant difference, should give women, rural students and the student cadre college students more social support.(3) Good resilience and counselors active support is helpful to reduce the pressure of the employment of college students.
