The Standards of Music Curriculum in Compulsory Education(2011 edition)(hereinafter referred to as the curriculum standard)is a programmatic document compiled by the state education department according to the actual music education in China,it is the guiding program of China's modern basic music education,it plays a guiding role in the compilation of teaching materials and the evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum,it is the measure of the reform of music education,it is also the code of conduct for basic music education.The philosophy of music education is philosophica,this paper discusses and analyzes the value of the concept,essence and purpose of music education,this paper expounds the direction of music education,determines the nature and value of music education,and plays a guiding role in all fields of music education in practice,it is particularly important to study the basic concepts of philosophy in curriculum standards.This paper tries to study the different music educational philosophies in the curriculum standards from the perspective of philosophy.The first part is the introduction,including the background of the topic literature review research objectives and significance research methods.The second part is the outline of compulsory education Music Curriculum Standards(2011edition),including the main content and revised background and revised content comparison.The Curriculum Standard is based on the experimental draft,it has been modified and integrated,merge the original ten basic ideas into five,the general framework is similar,the revised theoretical basis and basic thinking,content standard,course nature,teaching objective,teaching method,teaching content,teaching evaluation,become more systematic and organized,we will pay more attention to putting people first,change the complexity and emphasis on book knowledge,modified and adjusted the imperfect content standards.The third part is the outline of music education philosophy,explaining the concept of the philosophy of music education and discussing the axiology of music education.From philosophy,education philosophy,music education philosophy of thoughts to develop narration,in the section of music education philosophy,the theoretical sources and main contents of different music education philosophy thoughts are described in detail,prepare for the next chapter.By analyzing the nature of music education based on the ontological knowledge value and non-noumenon value,it can make us have a more complete understanding of the orientation of the purpose and function of music education,it has important theoretical and practical significance.The fourth part focuses on the philosophical foundation of curriculum standard,this paper mainly starts from four aspects: analysis of aesthetic value orientation,Analysis of practical value orientation,analysis of functional value orientation and analysis of multiple value orientation.In the past practical experience and the problems that arise,to absorb,integrate and revise the latest research results of music education theory in academic circles,it is summarized as the basic idea of application,in each section has its complete music education philosophy foundation positioning.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes this research.Through research and comparison,the four philosophies are found to have different emphases,and permeate each other,have its common point of view,showing compatibility.This research looks at curriculum standards and philosophy of music education from a developmental perspective,and the excellent thought theory will be better applied to the music education of primary and secondary schools in our country,it plays a positive role in the development of music education in China.
