Study On The Cultivation Of The Scientific Spirit In College Students Ideological And Political Education

In the long history of the human scientific exploration, the scientific spirit has been getting developed and enriched by degrees. There is an important significance to have realistic and long-term sense to strengthen the ideological and political cultivation of the scientific spirit.For some time, it has explained that the scientific spirit was lacking seriously by "5.28 massacre" in Shandong Zhaoyuan reflecting rampant cult and the Hong Kong event reflecting the rational spirit and questioning spirit lacking. And the "youngest academician" from Chinese Engineering Academy was jailed for research funds corruption of personal utilitarian. We must confirm that the current ideological and political education in cultivating the spirit of science is not enough.This paper focused on the this theme which is about cultivating of spirit science in the ideological and political education. We analyzed the current status of the scientific spirit lacking of the college students through questionnaires and literature reading way. The affect the scientific spirit of the lacking particularly was also analyzed. We not only summed up the college students lacking of scientific spirit, but also explored the cultivating of scientific spirit in ideological and political education.Full text is divided into five parts:The first part: We described the theoretical and practical significance of the topic which has perspective on the status quo from domestic and foreign research. We proposed the research ideas and research methods basing on the actual situation of this article.The second part: We explained the meaning and structure of the scientific spirit concept. The relationship between science and humanistic spirit was discussed. The relationship between science spirit and the ideological and political education was proposed.The third part: We summarized the realities of students scientific spirit lacking. The scientific spirit lacking causing adverse effects to the students’ growth was studied. We also discussed the reasons for scientific spirit lacking through a variety of ways.The fourth part: Students cultivation of the science spirit was demonstrated to be an inherent requirement of ideological and political education of college students in the aspect of the era of progress,comprehensive human development and ideological and political education work,which also identified important value of contemporary ideological and political education of college students in the cultivation of the science spirit.The fifth part: it introduced that the principles content of ideological and political education in fostering scientific spirit in detail.The sixth part: it introduced that the approach measures of ideological and political education in fostering scientific spirit.
