Hypertension is the most major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, with high mortality, morbidity. Tai chi exercise plays a good role on blood pressure regulation and reduce blood press. In order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for exercise prescription experimentation, questionnaire investigation, interview and other research methods was used to study different intensity tai chi exercise impact on hypertension in this study.46 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into three groups. A group and B group were interfered by of by low intensity intervention and moderate intensity Taijiquan, C group was control group.3 times a week exercise frequency, exercise time 1 hour. The experiment lasted for 10 weeks, the participants exercised 3 times one week and 1 hour every time. Test indicators included blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, chair stand test, self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale.Results:①The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the low intensity group before and after experiment were significantly different (p<0.05); the intensity of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure before and after experiment were significantly different (p<0.05).②The body weight and BMI index of the low intensity group and the moderate intensity group before and after experiment were both significantly different (p<0.05).③had The waist circumference, hip circumference of the low intensity group and the moderate group before and after experiment were both significantly different (p<0.05 and p<0.01), and the waist to hip ratio of the moderate group was also significant different before and after (p<0.05).④The sit stand test before and after of the low intensity group and the moderate group were both significantly (p<0.05 and p<0.01).⑤The anxiety and depression of the low intensity group before and after experiments were very significant different (p<0.01). The anxiety and depression before and after experiment of the moderate intensity group were significantly different (p<0.05).The main conclusions:①By the low and moderate Tai jiquan exercise, the participants'systolic and diastolic blood pressure were both significant induced, and there was no significant difference between two experimental groups.②low intensity and moderate intensity Tai Chi exercise can both improve the body shape. And the moderate intensity Tai jiquan exercise can improve the waist and hip circumference with a very significant impact.③low intensity and moderate intensity exercise tai chi can improve cardiovascular function and the quantitative load exercise heart rate recovery speed.④The low intensity and moderate intensity Tai Chi exercise significantly improved anxiety and depression.
