PurposeAt present,China's economy is in a stage of rapid development,which is accelerating the social change and affecting the change of people's diet structure.The obesity problem of Chinese teenagers is becoming an extremely worrying problem.In reality,we can easily find a series of diseases such as metabolic disorder,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia and hypertension caused by obesity,and the investigation shows that they are developing towards the direction of younger age.Every year,the state invests a large number of human,financial and material resources in physical health testing.At present,although there are many weight-loss methods supported by literature,exercise weight-loss is still the most recognized method.Exercise to lose weight not only has the function of reducing fat,but also can enhance the physique.It seems that it can achieve twice the result with half the effort in the long run.In life,people have realized the effect of aerobic exercise on weight loss,but the high-intensity intermittent strength training is rarely used by people.Based on this problem,this paper makes a scientific and reasonable exploration on the causes and current situation of obesity in simple obese adolescents,aiming to find out the prevention and scientific and effective weight loss training methods,so as to improve the body of adolescents in China Physical quality,at the same time,can provide targeted training methods and theoretical basis for future fat reduction training.Research objects and methodsIn this study,31 pure obese adolescents(14?age?18)were selected from the2019 Shanghai peak weight loss summer camp.All the subjects were scientifically defined as simple obese patients.In this experiment,they are required to carry out 4-week,6-day-a-week,4-hour-a-day weight-loss exercise,which includes aerobic exercise(fast walking,elliptical machine,treadmill,swimming,basketball,etc.)and high-intensity intermittent strength training(weight training,barbell exercise,core training,virp training,etc.).In this experiment,a totally closed environment was used,and the food security was provided by the top professional nutritionist.The proportion of three major heat energy supply materials,sugar,fat and protein,was about 60%-70%,10%-15%,20%-25%.(1)After four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training,the weight of 31 pure obese adolescents decreased by(10.49±3.42)kg on average;the body fat rate decreased by(6.55±2.42)%;body mass index dropped by(3.62±1.10)kg/m~2.T test of paired samples,all indicators have a significant decline(P<0.01).(2)After four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training,the quiet heart rate of the subjects decreased by(12.45±16.90)times/min on average;the left hand grip increased by(2.26±1.90)pounds;the right hand grip increased by(2.39±2.12)pounds.According to the paired sample t test,the quiet heart rate decreased significantly,and the left and right hand grip increased significantly(P<0.01).(3)After four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training,the average chest circumference decreased by(7.02±4.10)cm;waist circumference decreased by(11.02±6.98)cm;hip circumference decreased by(9.45±6.22)cm;thigh circumference decreased by(5.97±5.90)cm;upper arm tension circumference decreased by(3.81±2.66)cm;upper arm relaxation circumference decreased by(4.24±3.02)cm;upper arm skin The thickness of fold decreased(7.68±9.35)mm,and the thickness of skinfold at the lower angle of scapula decreased(8.16±8.13)mm.There was a significant decrease(P<0.01).(4)After four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training,the total cholesterol(TC)of the subjects decreased by(0.85±0.83)m mol/L;triglyceride(TG)decreased by(0.20±0.40)mmol/L;LDL-C decreased by(0.66±0.66)mmol/L;HDL-C decreased by(0.12±0.12)M Fasting blood glucose(Glu)decreased(0.35±0.74)m mol/L;ast decreased(8.48±13.37)U/L;ALT decreased(14.68±26.34)U/L;UA decreased(79.55±122.19)U mol/L;fins decreased(44.75±37.54)P mol/L.After paired sample t-test,there was a significant decrease(Glu:P<0.05;other items:P<0.01),and the increase of HDL-C/LDL-C also had a significant difference.(5)There was no significant difference in blood pressure and vital capacity data after four week aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training.The possible reason was that the intervention time was too short.research conclusion(1)Four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training as an intervention means can significantly reduce the weight,body fat rate,BMI and obesity degree of simple obese adolescents.(2)Four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training significantly reduced the quiet heart rate of simple obese adolescents,while improving their strength quality.(3)Four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training significantly reduced the body circumference and skinfold thickness of simple obese adolescents,and changed the physical appearance of obese adolescents.(4)Four weeks of aerobic exercise combined with high-intensity intermittent strength training effectively reduced the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose,glutamic oxaloacetylase,glutamic pyruvate transaminase,uric acid,fasting serum insulin,improved the blood lipid level,reduced the risk of gout,and significantly improved the liver function.
