| The reform of college physical education curriculum needs to be comprehensively promoted.Under the trend of reform,college tennis teaching also needs to update ideas,enrich contents and improve methods.Tennis is an elegant sport and a popular sport among contemporary teenagers.However,due to the strong technical particularity of tennis,it is difficult for beginners to master the basic skills quickly,and the tennis course in the school is more difficult.There are more students in the class and less venues.It is not easy for students to master the basic skills of tennis in a short teaching hours.Therefore,we must update and improve the teaching method in order to meet the requirements of the current college physical education curriculum reform.This study is to practice the concept of modern teaching reform.According to the current situation of tennis teaching and the application of tennis teaching methods and means in Colleges and universities,this study quotes the quick and easy tennis teaching mode to provide thinking and reference for the teaching reform and teaching practice of tennis elective courses in Colleges and UniversitiesThis paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to apply quick and easy tennis teaching to the teaching of tennis courses in higher vocational colleges.Taking two tennis elective classes of grade 2020 of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of light industry as the experimental object,through the research process of data collection,theoretical discussion,experimental design,on-site teaching and result analysis,from four modules: Students’ physical quality and development of tennis special technology,students’ attitude and behavior towards tennis,tennis cognition and recognition of teaching mode,This paper studies the application of quick and easy tennis teaching in tennis elective courses in higher vocational colleges.Quick and easy tennis teaching is a teaching mode.Its teaching purpose,teaching facilities,teaching methods and teaching steps are different from the traditional tennis teaching mode,which reflects its own characteristics in many aspects.The application of quick and easy tennis teaching mode in tennis courses in higher vocational colleges is effective.The experiment shows that the effect of technical teaching such as forehand and backhand is higher than that of traditional teaching mode,and the sports attitude and behavior of students in the experimental class are higher than those in the control class after the experiment;After the experiment,the physical quality of the two groups of students was improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.In the evaluation of different teaching modes,students’ recognition of fast and easy tennis teaching mode and the evaluation of the role of fast and easy tennis teaching mode teaching methods are higher than the traditional teaching mode.It also puts forward the following suggestions for the future teaching mode of quick and easy tennis: the teaching mode of quick and easy tennis should pay attention to the teaching design and the link between sponge ball and conventional ball.It also puts forward two suggestions for the quick and easy tennis teaching mode.One is that the teaching of the quick and easy tennis teaching mode should pay attention to the teaching design,so that the design of the teaching mode can meet the class size,site conditions and students’ technical foundation.The other is that the teaching of the quick and easy tennis teaching mode should pay attention to the connection between sponge ball and conventional ball,so that the transition and connection of the two balls have an ideal state. |
