Application Of Multimedia Technology Assisting Athletic Training In High School

With the continuous development of the times, things have changed in many areas. The information technology is not an exception. From the rapid development of multimedia technology in the 1990 s to nowadays the maturity of multimedia technology, people see the advantages of multimedia technology, and introduce it into the field of education. Multimedia technology assisting education, which has broken the traditional teaching philosophy, has a huge impact on the traditional teaching way and method. At the same time, it is modern teaching means to keep up with the development of the times. Track and field training in high school is a special stage in students’ training. It can not only enhance students’ physical fitness, improve students’ achievement in track and field training and its overall level, but also is important to provide reserve personnel for our country.This article first introduces the topic and the significance of the research. Then it describes the related concepts of the multimedia, the theory of multimedia assiting track and field training in high school and its basic concept. After this, it analyzes the current situation of high school track and field training, identifies those existing problems, proposes appropriate method to improve the problems found in the use of multimedia technology, and finally through the implementation of the program and specific experiments, proves the feasibility of multimedia assisting high school track and field training, and draws the appropriate conclusions.Based on the advantages and problems of using multimedia technology in track and field training in high school, sticking to the spirit of ‘students foremost’, fully considering high school students’ physical and mental characteristics, this thesis explores the effective strategies about how to strengthen the application of multimedia technology in track and field training in high school in order to provide a reference for other schools in Shangrao City about the use of multimedia assisting high school track and field training.
