Study On The Development Of Investment Policies In Chinese Rural Basic Education Since Reform And Opening Up

With the rapid development of socialism in China, "three rural issues" has increasingly become the focus of attention of Party and country. China is a large agricultural country, rural basic education is in a basic position in China’s national education and plays an important role in the future of the education in our county. However, our country has for many years been neglected the development of basic education in rural areas, and even the rural basic education as an industry of market operation. From the reform and opening up, China’s rural basic education investment policies have different investment modes in different historical periods, but as " Question driven ", it don`t solve the basic education investment in rural China from the root of the problem and then caused some negative influence.The paper mainly about the study of since the reform and opening-up policy of educational investment in rural infrastructure on each different historical period, summing up the characteristics of the investment policy of rural basic education of our country in each period, finding out the general law of the trend of education investment in rural infrastructure, combining with the characteristics of current society in China and the experience of foreign developed countries on the basis of the total node on the law, then forecasting the trend of the future of the investment of rural basic education in China, and providing the certain basis for the harmonious development of rural basic education in China.This paper is divided into 6 parts to carry on the research: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods, research ideas, research status at home and abroad and the related concepts; The second part is the trend of our investment policy of rural basic education since the introduction of reform and opening up of our country; The third part introduces the characteristics of China’s investment in rural basic education policy since reform and opening up, through the development of China’s reform and opening up the rural infrastructure investment models, summing up the characteristics of policy to education investment in rural infrastructure in China since reform and opening up; The fifth part introduces the trend of rural basic education in China in the future, which is the focus of this paper is to solve the problem; The sixth part is the conclusion.
