The integration of scientific assessment of the demands of students and resources of the curriculum helps to develop the school-based courses of high quality,which are diverse and optional.The developmengt of the school-based courses will benefit not only the forming of a reasonable struture between teaching content,teaching methods and assessing methods,but students’ accumulation of knowledge and development capacity,expaning of horizons,displaying of diversity as well as transfering of knowledge.In recent years,some trends of thoughts such as "preferring scores to ability" and "score suprematism" also weakened the pedagogical significance and practical function of PE courses.This is the leading reason for its weakness in current development.Therefore,it’s an effective way to further the development of quality school-based courses.It can meet the society’s general requirement of the cultivation of talents,reflect the requirement of the educatee and adapt the differences between the local communities,school as well as students.It is flexible and participatory.In consideration of such problems, with online to some school-based curriculum research collection and analysis, a clear definition of the concept of school-based curriculum development and theoretical basis. And found the research on the existing research is limited to a project of school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum design and implementation of a school status quo analysis of the very few.this research takes the affiliated elementary school of Nanchang Normal College as an example,through the application of the questionnaire,interview field investigation and case study to analyse the factors that influence the participation in the school-based PE courses in the affiliated elementary school of Nanchang Normal College will be summarized from curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods and assessing methods,valuable experience and reasonable advice will act as references to the development of school-based PE courses in other schools in Nanchang.
