In recent years,with the enrollment expansion of major higher vocational colleges,the number of higher vocational graduates has also increased year by year.This situation of oversupply makes graduates in the talent market in a weak position,the phenomenon of difficult employment.However,from the practice in recent years,although higher vocational colleges have realized the importance of employment guidance for graduates,they have also taken some teaching reform measures,such as setting up special courses,setting up employment guidance centers for college students,etc.,overall,employment guidance still exists in Local Higher Vocational colleges.Not perfect enough.Therefore,in the face of the current severe employment situation,it is urgent to comprehensively analyze the problems and reasons existing in the employment guidance for graduates of Local Higher Vocational colleges,to realize the mode of running schools and training talents of local higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of economic and social development,and to smoothly solve the employment problem of graduates of Local Higher Vocational colleges.Research topics.Following the main line of "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems",this paper makes an analysis and Research on the employment guidance of students in Higher Vocational Colleges by using the methods of literature research and investigation research.Based on the fact that vocational college students' employment guidance is a systematic project,it is not enough to rely solely on one side of Vocational college.We must mobilize the government,enterprises and talent service institutions to participate in it so as to make vocational college students' employment guidance truly full-staff,professional,informationized and full-process.On the basis of summarizing and combing the relevant theories of vocational students' employment guidance,this paper chooses Jiujiang City as the specific scope of investigation,focusing on the four main elements of government departments,vocational colleges,enterprises and talent service institutions,and summarizes its basic status quo,and deeply analyses the existing parties in Vocational students' employment guidance in Jiujiang City.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including: the government needs to improve the employment system security system,establish and improve the employment guidance,supervision and evaluation mechanism.Higher vocational colleges need to improve the quality of running schools,improve the level of employment guidance,and broaden the path of employment guidance.Enterprises need to change the traditional mode of school-enterprise cooperation,expand the name of enterprises to run schools,and actively strive for government support policies.The innovations of this research are as follows: First,based on the actual cases and concrete analysis of Jiujiang City,this paper summarizes and analyses the practical problems in the employment guidance of Vocational College students,and explores how to construct the employment guidance network with vocational colleges as the center and the participation of the whole society,so as to give full play to government agencies,talent service agencies,etc.The role of enterprises is more systematic and systematic.Secondly,this paper uses sampling survey and statistical data to analyze and analyze the results,and in-depth interviews from higher vocational schools,enterprises,talent service institutions,etc.to solve practical problems.
