By 2012 to 2014 in Harbin city bin county of the affiliated high school biology teaching quality investigation and research, and combined with the characteristics of the current junior high school biology teaching and education development situation, using interview method, comparative method and questionnaire investigation, the cause of the troubled town middle school biology teaching quality to do the concrete analysis, has carried on the investigation and study, puts forward some use of geographical advantages in cities and towns to promote the problem of high school biology teaching, opinions and combining the problem to make the concrete discussion.In bin county area, this study each high school as a basic research unit, using statistical methods, statistics of the number of students in every school, biology teachers, biological laboratories, experiment of every semester hours, etc. Some factors influencing the teaching quality of biological data. 18 middle school in the county of investigation and data collection, data analysis, preliminary mastered the heilongjiang province town of the status quo and development trend of the high school biology teaching and the various factors which restrict the development of the teaching.Contains a large number of biological experiment in high school biology textbooks, which reflects the biological experiment in the biological teaching occupies an important position; How to design a biological experiment, lets the student interested in biological experiments, find pleasure in biological experiments, remember after biological experimental observations and results, is the common ideal of every biology teacher, in this town than city has many unique advantageous natural conditions. Thus obtained: in the town of biological teaching, taking the advantages of the town’s geopolitical biological resources, mining use of education resources, to the classroom teaching, the teaching material content and extracurricular education resources to carry on the organic integration, which can effectively guide the student to carry on the observation and study, in reality, to enhance the teaching of practical and visual, interests to improve the students’ subjective initiative to study, thus effectively improve the quality of the biological teaching.After investigation, the factors affecting the quality of urban junior high school biology teaching, can be divided into two aspects of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include: the teachers’ quality, students’ quality, the quality of school management and the quality of students’ parents. External factors include: biological teaching environment, biological teaching equipment and equipment associated with biological experiments. Through the understanding of each factor, analysis, grasp the key point in the development of these factors, thus to improve the quality of urban high school biology teaching, pointed out the direction.The part of science knowledge and assumption in series connection between disciplines. Such as biological experimental results without chemical reaction and the observed physical phenomena and mathematical reasoning; Effectively combine biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics, causes the student to study is not only a discipline, and a series of learning the knowledge of other disciplines, so as to make students easier to understand the experimental principle, stronger remember experimental phenomena, the experimental data obtained more accurately. Aiming at the problems existing in the urban high school biology teaching, puts forward several Suggestions, in order to indicate the direction for the development of the urban middle school biology teaching, laying a foundation for the further research, to provide biological discipline education research materials and summarizes the valuable experience.
