In view of the principle of psychology in recent years is widely movement in sports teaching and training field,solving the sports technology research can't solve the problem,so that the performance improved,this research attempts to apply meta-cognitive intervention technology to students' learning volleyball skills when tension,anxiety,fear,learning helplessness problems such as the experimental intervention study,in order to improve students learning efficiency and performance.Meta-cognitive intervention technology through psychological counseling or therapy intervention,to own subconscious mental activity effectively self-reflection,evaluation,regulation,to remove psychological barriers and develop a learning potential psychological intervention method and its theoretical system.In this paper,so try to use meta-cognitive intervention techniques to solve students to master the technical skills in sports learning difficulties,tension,fear,anxiety and other issues,through experiments to prove it in the sports skills of learning effectiveness and operable,in order to achieve the problems solving skills learning,the purpose of mastering technology as soon as possible.This study used SCL-90 symptoms self evaluation scale to measure the diagnosis to the subjects,using meta-cognitive psychological intervention system technology theory,according to the laws of the sports skill form intervention research students in the process of motor skill learning power regulating system changes and psychological changes,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,to apply meta-cognitive intervention in the common course for the volleyball spiking technique learning effect are studied.By students symptom self-assessment scale test and power regulating system test results contrast analysis,the experimental results show that:1.Meta-cognitive intervention techniques used in volleyball dropping shot teaching experiment,to make students overcome heart problems such as tension,anxiety,fear,and psychologically,self-confidence and self-monitoring ability improvement,monitoring and regulating effect,improve the students spiking technique skill learning.2.Meta-cognitive intervention technology to students' learning motivation,learning interest,learning attitude,have obvious improve,and improve the role.3.The influence of volleyball spiking technique in the common course for the study of experimental research,we believe that the yuan cognitive psychological intervention techniques can be applied to sports technology,skills,learning and mastering the field,to improve the learning effect of sports skills have obvious role in promoting.
