Childhood is full of lively nature of the first peak of physical and mental development, during this period of physical and mental development level in relation to the future development of the individual. The process of the growth of young children, we should be based on respect for the law of physical and mental development through timely proper sports activities to ensure the infants’ growing.Physical self satisfaction is an important part in body esteem, has play a decisive role on the impact of the healthy development of infants’ psychology. In order to explore and promote the development of infants’ physical self satisfaction, promote the development of effective methods to enrich their mental health, 49 children from DCCH kindergarten in Qingdao city were studied. In the course of the study by interview questionnaire was tested rationality; development level through the questionnaire survey of infants’ physical self satisfaction in all dimensions and total body; through the quality of sports game to intervene experiments on 49 children by the experimental method; by the T tests and effect value(d) before and after the experiment the measured data are analyzed, finally discusses the sports game for 4~6 years old infants’ physical self satisfaction is not has the effect of promoting the development of. The results of the study show that, before and after the experiment of 4~5 years old children in physical self satisfaction in all dimensions and the overall level was significantly; 5~6 years old children with no significant difference except in strength dimension, the other dimensions and overall were significantly different. Based on the above results concluded that the overall level of quality sports game for 4~6 years old infants’ speed, flexibility, coordination, balance of self perceived physical self satisfaction level and have good role. Therefore, in view of the existing problem in the kindergarten physical education, to promote the healthy development of infants’ psychology, think in preschool education in the future should strengthen the preschool physical education teachers learn about the knowledge of early childhood education; to carry out a wide range of targeted diverse sports games; inspire children in the game activity etc..
