In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed that"we should fully implement the Party's education policy,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,develop quality-oriented education,promote fairness in education,and train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically.At the same time,the physical education and health curriculum standard also clearly pointed out that we should pay attention to stimulate students' interest in sports,cultivate students' consciousness and habit of physical exercise,school physical education curriculum as an important way to develop students'physical and mental health,its essential function is to promote students' physical development.Therefore,in the process of sports teaching,teachers should pay attention to cultivate the students'physical education learning interest,pay attention to the integration of happy sports,guide students to develop lifelong sports consciousness of learning,junior high school because of the cause of the physical examination of the test,at present stage sports curriculum content is given priority to with test program,more teaching content and form is relatively single,cause the students' interest in physical education learning is not high.The folk sports games originated from the folk traditional culture,because of its own health,education,entertainment and other characteristics,gradually introduced into the school physical education curriculum,in order to enrich the content of physical education,enhance students' interest in learning physical education.This study adopts questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,teaching experiment method,etc.,selects two classes of students in Grade 2 to carry out teaching experiment for 12 weeks,with students' running,jumping and throwing as the main teaching content.The students in the experimental class use folk sports games as a teaching method,whiie the students in the control class use traditional physical education teaching method.To explore the influence of folk sports games on junior middle school students' interest in sports learning and physical quality.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the experimental research,with the intervention of folk sports games,the students in the experimental class are obviously higher than those in the control class.Folk sports games not only improve students' interest in sports learning,but also help students establish active motivation in sports learning and change students' attitude towards learning in sports class.2.It is the novelty,interest and competition of folk sports games that enhance the students' learning interest in PE courses.The positive performance of students in class is improved,the negative emotion is gradually decreased,and the attitude of students to physical education class is improved.3.The role,cooperation and full participation of folk sports game teaching can effectively improve the sports participation degree of students in the physical education class.4.Students'independent inquiry learning and extracurricular sports participation are less affected by folk sports game teaching,which indicates that students' lifelong sports learning is not only affected by school sports,but also by social environment and parents' awareness.5.The comprehensive teaching of folk sports games can improve students' physical quality and interest in sports learning in all aspects,but the traditional sports teaching mode is better than the folk sports game teaching mode in the individual movement exercises that need to improve strength and technology.
