With the universal access to portable electronics and the Internet age coming,smartphones have been absolutely necessary in college life.m-learning based on mobile phones has been the hot topic.The study of mLearning which takes smartphones as carrier progresses like a raging fire.The research content mainly includes m-learning resources designing,mlearning resources commenting,m-learning resources application model,m-learning environment and so on.The study of the influence factors of university students' acceptance of m-learning based on mobile phones should be enriched.In this context,this paper studies the influence factors of university students' acceptance of m-learning based on mobile phones.This study which designs with UTAUT model as the model sample and combines with research theories and achievements at home and abroad,designs research model and hypothesis.And then I design questionnaire which was send to two colleges of Yunnan province.Using SPSS 19.0and AMOS to analyze the valid questionnaires,I tested the original model and hypothesis,and besides,I modified the original model and discussed the result.The final result of the study is that performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence and perceived Playfulness have an effect upon students' behavioral Intention of m-learning based on mobile phones.the presupposed factor “Personal Innovativeness” has no significant effect on students' behavioral Intention of m-learning based on mobile phones.Gender,education level and major are the moderating effects.Perceived Playfulness influences the students' acceptance of m-learning based on mobile phones most of all the four influence factors.
