With the continuous development of Internet technology,the online training and education industry has developed rapidly.Many traditional education has also been transferred to the online education market,resulting in the increasing expansion of the online training and education market.With the increasing popularity of civil service examination year by year,more and more civil service training institutions came into being.Although the civil service online training industry appeared later than other industries,the competition has become increasingly fierce in recent years.In addition to the continuous transfer of the original traditional institutions to the Internet,there are new participants.Founded in 2015,BSK online education company is an online education institution specializing in online training of civil servants.Now it has its own independent app platform.After several years of development,although some achievements have been made,to further develop and grow,we need to formulate competitive strategies according to our own situation.BSK online education company has realized that with the increasing maturity of the market,only by continuously improving its user satisfaction and forming its core competitive advantage can it achieve sustainable and benign development.This paper takes BSK Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status of online education at home and abroad.On the premise of the connotation of online education and the theoretical basis related to user satisfaction,this paper briefly describes the basic situation of BSK Company,and on the basis of analyzing the current service status of users of BSK Company,carries out a user satisfaction questionnaire survey,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the process of user service of BSK Company.Then,according to the existing problems of BSK Company,the corresponding user satisfaction promotion strategy and safeguard measures are put forward.At the end of the paper,the thesis is summarized and prospected.Hope for this article formulated the user satisfaction of promotion strategy,civil service exam training industry operators to open up,to the idea of "customer satisfaction" for the civil service exam training institutions like BSK company put forward some strategies,improve customer satisfaction to continuously improve enterprise core competitiveness,and promote the standardization of the industry.
