High school geography training learners try to build effective cognitive migration system. It is the most important and effective knowledge transfer by learners. Achieve good learning experience thinking, temper excellent study habits, learning perseverance forged purpose, adhering to the "quality education" the core idea in a relaxed atmosphere- so that each learner to become a true lifelong learning practitioners.School is a good learning place where increase one’s experience thinking, temper excellent study habits, increase learning ability.How learners master the learning content thorough to avoid " Negative migration " phenomenon Iis important. The ability study attracts the attention of a large number of researchers.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, including the background, domestic and foreign research, the significance of this research, methods and theoretical and practical levels, including commitment to be resolved;The second part is the theory of cognitive concepts migration, including the migration theory of cognitive meaning, features and principles; as well as the theoretical basis of the geography, psychology and pedagogy;The third part is an example about a high school in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province.
