The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China addres ses that Strengthening Morality is the fundamental task of education.Counsellors are the main organizer and executor of the ideological and political education of college students. The cons truction of counsellors’ team relates to the quality of personnel training.So far, Counsellors in some colleges are stressful and confused in their development.They’re also paid low and lack of esteem. That’s why the phenomenon of low "quit rate" and slacking on the working happ en in some colleges. It’s realistic important to pay more attention on the state of their work, to know more about the counsellors Work efficiency and analyze the facters which may affect the job performance.In this paper, the work efficiency is analyzed by descriptive statistic, multiple regression,relative analytical method and variance components method.From the perspective s of the happiness index and the state of working, the investigation will try to get the real conc lusion. The main findings include the following Points.1 The fairness and job involvement have an obvious effect on happiness index; 2 The factors work status has a remarkable effect on work status; 3 The task performance has little effect on job performance, while the contextual performance has significant;4 Work status, job clarity and work atmosphere influence the job performance positively, while the pressure and work difficulty in fluence negatively; 5 Work status influence the job performance significantly, while the happiness not. Finally the proposals of the countermeasure are addressed to improve the efficiency of consell ors’ work.
