College students’ physical activities mainly include the sports teaching and extracurricular physical exercise (PE).The continuous development of school physical and college students’ mental health emerge in endlessly, more and more schools begin by enhance students physical exercise to raise the level of college students’ mental health. The purpose of the sports activities is to relax the body, good mood, relieve the pressure from their own body. Positive psychological experience is called smooth sense of exercise in sports. Flow experience is engaged in the movement, concentration, focus on the project and get the pleasure of state of mind. Overseas related research on physical exercise and psychological effect of a certain basis, and Csikszentimihalyi (1984) study of organized sports can substantially more than the rest of the daily activities to bring a more positive experience. Based on the theory of flow experience, this study of female college students in exploratory research on the characteristics of flow experience in sports activities, From three aspects:the analysis of female college students in different skills type of physical activity the different characteristics of flow experience, and different grade female students’ sports activities in the different characteristics of female college students flow experience. Aimed at sports activities to better promote the physical and mental health of female college students to provide theoretical basis and practical reference. This study used the self-made questionnaire on 1200 female college students to participate in different sports activities for the questionnaire. By using the new "Flow State Scale". Using the flow state scale made by Jackson and Marsh, analysis the investigation of the project characteristics in this paper, through small sample before test, revision of the scale. Also verify the validity and reliability, of the letter. Using statistical method to statistic analysis of questionnaire. The results as follows:(1) Through factor analysis, female college students in sports activities in the flow experience performance characteristics for its own experience, action and consciousness, clear goals and feedback, the lack of self awareness, sense of control, time transformation.(2) Female college students in different skills differences between the features of flow experience in sports activities. On the whole, female college students in closed skills sports activities in the smooth feeling levels higher than the opening, the main differences are "experience", "convergence" action and consciousness, "clear goals and feedback" and "control" on the four factors. Further, female college students in the open skills sports activities flow experience characteristics exist in different events, the difference between smooth sense of volleyball activities level higher than that of badminton sport, the difference is mainly embodied in "experience" and "the lack of sense of self" on two factors. Also in closed skills of sports activities, in female college students there exist significant differences in level of flow experience, sorting order from high to low is yoga, martial arts, aerobics projects. Yoga activities of the smooth feeling level higher than that of wushu, the main differences are "experience", "fusion" action and consciousness, clear goals and feedback ", "time to transform" on the four factors. Yoga activities in fluid level is higher than aerobics projects, the difference is mainly manifested in the "experience", "fusion" action and consciousness, clear goals and feedback, the absence of "self consciousness" on the four factors. Martial arts activities in fluid level is higher than aerobics, the difference is mainly manifested in the "convergence" action and consciousness, the absence of "self consciousness ", "control" on the three factors.(3) Different grade female students in sports activities in the flow experience significant differences characteristics. Female college students in grade 2012, grade 2013, 2013 in sports activities in the smooth feeling level difference was not significant, but a level 2011 female college students in sports activities in the smooth feeling grade level is higher than the other three. Further, the female college students in different grade open skill flow experience there is no difference in physical activity. Class of 2011 female college students in closed skill level of smooth feeling in the sports activities is higher than the other three grade, mainly reflected in the "experience" and "the lack of sense of self the last two factors. Female college students in grade 2012, grade 2013,2013 in closed skills smooth feeling level no difference in-physical activity.
