With the development of higher vocational education scale expands unceasin gly, the increasing number of graduates, the employment problem has become inc reasingly prominent. Governments have also been concerned about the employme nt situation of higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges to carry out the strategic guide and promote the occupation guidance. Thus, the vocational cou nsel included into the compulsory curriculum system of higher vocational student s in. However, teachers-curriculum teaching first-line designer and executor of the professional accomplishment determines the actual effects the quality of teaching and curriculum. Comprehensive and professional and vocational guidance and stro ng, to carry out the teaching of teachers with high professional quality requirement s. Plus, since according to higher vocational college teachers professional quality, e specially the professional theoretical research accomplishment of teachers in voca tional guidance of the very rare on the information in the literature is relatively s carce.Whether education administrators, or individual teacher didn’t realize the impo rtance of teachers’professional accomplishment. So the study on the key factor o f teachers to proceed, occupation guidance teachers in Higher Vocational College s in Zhejiang province were selected as the research object, research on speciall y engage in the work of the teachers’professional accomplishment.The content of this study can be divided into three parts. The first part is the analysis of the theoretical basis and the existing related researches, the constr uction elements of vocational career guidance teachers’professional quality. That is the first chapter and the second chapter. The second part is the first part of t he questionnaire based on content.Subsequently, the reliability and validity of que stionnaire, increase or decrease the questionnaire items, revise and improve the co ntent of the questionnaire items. Then, the formal questionnaire was handed out t o the teachers occupation vocational guidance to fill in, combined with interview s. conduct field research on the professional literacy status.Finally, the returned qu estionnaires and statistical data, analyses the interview data,summarizes the existin g problems in the author. That is the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The thi rd part is the current problems of theoretical analysis and the mid prophase of th e combination exploring issues behind the causes and puts forward the countermea sures and suggestions. That is the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter.In the fifth chapter, the author from the four aspects of the professional qua lity.professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection, analysis of Zhejiang Province Higher Vocational Colleges Vocational Guidance Teacher P rofessional Literacy Status Quo and existing problems. The author through the co nsult literature material.interview the school leadership, teacher interviews, to expl ore the causes of many problems behind the:Fundamentals of vocational guidanc e of professional development is weak:the lack of professional standards for tea chers in Higher Vocational Colleges Management corresponding; lack of standard ization system:some teachers have psychological burnout:teacher development roa d administrative bias rail; teachers’subject background and Vocational Guidance A ssociation is weak; the lack of professional quality training for effective and reas onable. Finally in the sixth chapter, the analysis from the government, higher voc ational colleges and the teacher individual these three aspects.proposed some cou ntermeasures to solve the above problems. Government level:support the discipli ne construction guidance of vocational guidance; vocational guidance teacher prof essional standards promulgated in Higher Vocational colleges. The school level:t he standardized management to strengthen the vocational guidance work;the imple mentation of professional assessment of candidates:to carry out a variety of effec tive training activities; pay attention to the vocational guidance teachers’ psycholo gical counseling;stablish reasonable evaluation mechanism. Teachers’ personal level: set up the guidance of the concept of professional occupation; strengthen self ref lection consciousness.
