In recent years, the country vigorously support the higher vocational education, higher vocational teachers in the aspects of training practical talents for the country and played a crucial role, while also facing the enormous challenge, occupation stress and quality of life of their situation is also a concern. University teacher occupation tension phenomenon exists generally, and this phenomenon and education, gender, working time and so have a great relationship. In this paper the application of cross-sectional study, using the occupation stress inventory (OSI-R), health survey questionnaire (SF-36), in20143-5month in Zaozhuang city in320teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges to carry on the questionnaire survey, through analysis of Higher Vocational Teachers in Zaozhuang area occupation tension and its impact on quality of life, and provide the basis for the guarantee of higher vocational teachers physical health, improve the quality of life, promote vocational teachers of higher vocational education development.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is literature review, mainly summarize the research objective, the present situation and significance, this part is divided into three aspects:on the one hand, mainly expounds the occupation tension and the concept of harm, analyzes the current situation of Higher Vocational Teachers’ occupation tension, found that higher vocational teachers occupation tension is really exist, in addition to the higher vocational education the teacher’s occupation tension in gender, degree, title, age, teaching senority also shows individual differences. On the other hand, elaborate the concept of quality of life and quality of life of teachers in Higher Vocational Education at present situation, most of the teachers’ income is not high, belongs to the medium level, some assistant lecturer and lecturer titles of teachers for the wages and welfare treatment do not feel satisfied, believe that the current wage income can not meet their consumer demand. Finally, discusses the relationship between occupation stress and quality of life, the result shows:the life quality of teachers in University and the closely related occupation occupation tension, tension can affect the physical and mental health of teachers and the quality of life in a certain extent, the continued occupation stress may make the teachers’ life quality decreased obviously. The second part of the study and the method, elaborated the subjects of this study and research methods. The third part of the research results and discussion, a detailed analysis of the demographic characteristics of the study, two Zaozhuang area schools of Higher Vocational Teachers’ occupation stress and quality of life status and the relationship between them, the survey analysis shows that:the occupation pressure of Zaozhuang area vocational teachers is in the medium level, schools for the young teachers’ professional treatment and professional development of attention obviously not the level, low status of young teachers in the whole of the teachers, still belong to the vulnerable groups, easily lead to maladjustment, resulting in occupation tension. Closely related occupation stress level and worker health status, appropriate tension is very necessary, excessive occupation tension will lead to abnormal physiological, psychological health status, the teachers have occupation burnout, which affects the life quality of practitioners. The fourth part is the conclusion, vocational teachers related to the quality of life and occupation to occupation tension, stress and quality of life of Higher Vocational Teachers in Zaozhuang area, influence from a professional point of view calls for education departments face higher vocational teacher’s health status on the quality of teaching, to prevent the occupation tension through positive measures to increase coping resources, alleviate the discomfort of Higher Vocational Teachers’ task business sense and nervous reaction, promote higher vocational teachers’ physical and mental health, improve the quality of life and the quality of education and teaching. At the same time, calling for social concern of higher occupation education, increase the positive role played by the propaganda occupation education to promote social development, increase business teachers occupation sense of honor and get more social support and recognition. In addition, teachers in vocational colleges should strengthen self-cultivation, learn to rational coping, self adjustment, thus reducing the occupation tension, improve the quality of life, makes the contribution for our country’s education.
