The reform of curriculum reform in the new stage still emphasis the student subject,advocates independent study and high scientific quality-oriented education of them. Which requires the teacher to help students construct a knowledge system better, develop good learning habits and set up the correct values and outlook on life in an effective teaching mode. Also,our high school classroomteaching model on biology has been diversified and more and more emphasized on the student subject with the innovacation of modern education ideas and development of information technology. The teaching model become more and more pay attention to students’ development. But generally speaking, in the process of implementation,teacher is still the center of the class, the students’ ability and personality can not get improved fully.This makes the studying a trend that create a new teaching mode based on the concept of flipped class.The flipped class originated in the United States, and gradually applied in the whole world. Now the domestic educational circles also gradually recognize the value of reverse concept and will go deep into the teaching research continuously. Flipped classroom means, before the class, students start selfstudy under teacher’s distribution network about digital materials(including audio and video, electronic materials, etc.).Then in the class,participate is the main task, among students and teachers,they can answer difficulty questions through discussing such as, cooperation, explore, on the basis of complete the teaching task.This teaching mode really reflects the teacher’s leading role and develop students on the basis of overall harmonious, real realized return the classroom to the students, let students in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to learn knowledge and improve ability.At present, there are more and more school join the practice of flipped classroom, but what are the conditions for the implement of the localization, What are the implementation conditions of senior high school biology education in our country remains to be exploring. At the same time, the he effectiveness of students’ personality development and students’ abilities to improve after the implementation of flipped class are not clear.In this paper,according to the current application status of teaching mode in senior high school biology classroom, integrate the new curriculum concept, combine the mastery learning theory, the theory of the zone of proximal development, blended learning theory elaborated the flip the connotation and characteristics of the classroom. And analyses the specific implementation principles and implementation procedures rollover model in senior biology class high school classroom teaching respectively,from resource development and class teaching activity design before class, summarizing after class reflection. Then design and implementation the flipped teaching experiment in the senior high school biology teaching, combined with the basic passages in the high school biology teaching material, analysis summed up high school flip the application conditions and basic principles of classroom teaching, basic program, combined with their own practical analysis of the problems existing in the application and puts forward some countermeasures to improve. Further,try to find problems and keep improving, and improve the effectiveness of the flipped teaching in senior high school biology class. Finally in this paper, on the basis of practical research, the experimental results were analyzed, pointed out the limitations and the challenges that based on reverse application class in high school biology teaching in our country’s implementation. Put forward the Suggestions and expectations about the implementation of flipped class in high school biology teaching, try to realize the real localization about flipped class, and flip the classroom building with Chinese characteristics. Provide more effective for front-line teachers draw lessons from theory and practice.If a teacher can flip the class, and apply this kind of teaching mode in senior high school biology teaching according to the school and the class situation reasonably, they can make the class more interesting and effective, successful guides the student to complete 3 d object class, and comprehensively improve the students’ learning and teachers’ teaching skills, make our biology class bright and beautiful.
