In 8 years of elementary school science class teaching, I deeply feel the traditional science teaching mode needs to reform, the form of group cooperation for class activities of science experiments need to innovate. In order to use of the mobile Internet platform better, the author take part in "basic education quality of teaching resources construction project of micro- class " of The ministry of education preparation work in 2015 Tianhe district Guangzhou, and as an opportunity to continue in-depth study flipped class in elementary school science class management strategies effectively.The study adopts literature research method, questionnaire survey method and experimental method to research Flipped class in elementary school science class management strategies effectively. It mainly divides into four parts. The first part is the research purpose and significance of this study, the research history and present status of research and innovation, as well as the research content and method. The second part through flipped elementary school science class overview,the premise condition and the requirement for the implementation of teaching mode, flip the advantage of class teaching, and through the micro-class, flip class before class data such as the design of the preparation, class implementation process, implementation process of teachers, The teaching examples "silly putty in the ups and downs in the water", this research discusses the flipped class based on micro-class of elementary school science class.The third part is through the elementary school science class study and data analysis, analysis of the questionnaires and class observation table data as a result and contrast the different effect of flipped class and traditional class study. The fourth part is by making the class management behavior, design effective teaching mode, organize teaching activities, promote students’ learning initiative. From the four aspects discusses the elementary school science class to flip the implementation of class management strategies.This study provides effective mode of elementary school science class reform, based on micro-class flipped elementary school science class efficiency, students are willing to think and learn, It is conducive to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability. For this study provide the elementary school science teachers effective class reform mode and flip on the implementation of class management method, it’s also has its applicability and guiding.
