The Flipped Class Mode has been widely spread because of its outstanding teaching effect since it originated from Forest Park High School in America in 2007.We got to know the Flipped Class Mode with the coming of the curriculum reform in 2012.For years,we Chinese people have made a systematical research about it.We have made an attempt and application based on our country's nationals conditions.Meanwhile,the problems in the application of Flipped Class Mode has gradually been focused on.This paper mainly focuses on the problems appearing in the application of the Flipped Class Mode.The author will adopt the literature research method and have a comprehensive reading of the articles related to the Flipped Class Mode in the domestic periodicals.Hence the author will make a general analysis of the early practice,development procedure,and the research status at home and abroad so that we can keep to the subject,range,focus and major opinions.Through referring to the current documents related to the application status of the Flipped Class Mode used in the Information Technology,the writer attempts to find out its disadvantages,raise a research question about the Flipped Class Mode applied in the normal teaching of the Information Technology and then analyze its feasibility.The Seven Year students in No40 Middle School are the objects of this research and the practice is based on the teaching contents from the Information Technology published by Dalian University of Technology.During the preliminary study,the author make a questionnaire about the students' natural condition,acquisition of knowledge to make a sufficient preparation for the new term teaching.According to the contents of the textbook,characteristic and the conditions of the reality,this research will adopt task-basked approach applied in the two units of teaching.During the teaching of Unit 1,the author will make a comparison between the normal teaching of the Flipped Class Mode and the traditional teaching so that the validity of the normal teaching of the Flipped Class Mode can be proved.The application of the task-basked approach of the Flipped Class Mode will be studied during the teaching of Unit 2 in order to explore the teaching design ideology,which is suitable for the task-basked approach of the Flipped Class Mode,and design the teaching procedure,hence generalize the teaching design principles and matters needing attention.The author will analyze and draw conclusions according to the students' homeworkcomplement status,the times of helping each other,the amount of the videos completed,the assuming time of the videos,the amount of the videos made by the teachers,and so on.The conclusions are as follows:The Flipped Class Mode can improve the students' learning quality and effect.The Flipped Class can improve the homework completion rate.Students' learning speed has a great relationship with the content,amount and time of the micro-video.The frequency of students' mutual communication has a great relationship with the lesson types.Multi tasks form the stratified teaching and realize the transformation of the students' individual learning styles.
