Since the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform, every aspect of the curriculum implementation has undergone dramatically changed. In order to implement the three level curriculum management system of national, local and school, many researchers began to study the implementation of the national school-based curriculum, which has consistent with the spirit and requirements of the our country’s new curriculum reform advocated. This is also the requirement of quality education, but also the effective method to quality education. From 2001, people pay more attention to the implementation of the national school-based curriculum, the research is also increasing, the theory research and the practice exploration’s research literature have increased year by year, and the research team has been preliminary formed and growing. But at the same time, the implementation of our national schoolbased curriculum has some problems, such as repeated research, theoretical research and practical research of fault, the weak areas and blank areas are still few people involved etc.. Based on this, in order to study the implementation of the national school-based curriculum in our country on the whole have a clear understanding, it is necessary to research on this aspect of a meta study.Firstly, this study read out the implementation of the national school-based curriculum, including its content, characteristics, values and the implementation of the ways and means. Next, the main use of bibliometric and content analysis of methods to more than ten years of 2001 January to 2014 October 673 papers for a quantitative and qualitative analysis. By using the bibliometrics’ s part is mainly quantitative analysis from the literature quantity, author, journal, the source of fund condition etc.. The analysis of the literature quantity includes literature types, literature number and age distribution. Analysis the authors mainly includes statistical analysis of the first author, co-author, author type, author region of four dimensions. Analysis of journal sources mainly includes the number of journals, the paper quantity distribution statistics and Statistical analysis of the Brad Ford theorem. From the whole of the external attribute on the existing research to have a comprehensive understanding. Meanwhile, this study also uses the content analysis method to analyze more depth to study was analyzed, and using a specific document content analysis software for all subjects were selected word frequency of co-occurrence and semanticanalysis, and further study fraction of dimensions are discussed. The study includes national school-based curriculum implementation of the relevant theoretical research, national school-based curriculum implementation in different subjects in research, national school-based curriculum implementation in the different interests the main subjects, and the four different dimensions of state-owned school-based curriculum implementation present situation, problems and countermeasure research.Finally, the research has carried on the reasonable analysis of the obtained results, and draws some conclusions. On this basis, points out some problems in the study of the implementation of the national school-based curriculum, and also gives some reasonable suggestions, which not only can promote effective national school-based curriculum implementation, but also provide some reference for the followup research in this area.
