Homework is an important part of classroom teaching, is the tie and bridge communication with students and teachers: the teacher homework tests students’ learning, improve teaching efficiency, improve professional quality; Students achieve the transformation of the knowledge and ability through homework, consolidate the language knowledge, improve the language result, improve Chinese accomplishment,form good learning habits and moral sentiment. However, existing in current high school Chinese homework: high school Chinese homework is ignored, homework form is monotonous and tedious repetitive job content, homework as low quality, job types chaos, no significant effect of job evaluation, lead to high school students’ interest in learning the language, the classroom efficiency is low, students have no confidence and motivation to learn Chinese, this situation also violated the education curriculum reform requirements, therefore, more and more teachers begin to pay close attention to Chinese homework. As homework assignments and Chinese homework design and implementation of the premise, is particularly important, for the high school language teaching, cultivating students’ language learning interest, improve the students’ Chinese ability has a positive meaning.This article first to the Chinese homework design concept is defined, and then,respectively from the theory of multiple intelligences theory of the zone of proximal development, three aspects in this paper, the high school language teaching process optimization theory of job design theory basis. Finally through the student questionnaire and teacher interview two main way of investigation, questionnaire and interview outline, investigate the present situation of high school Chinese homework design and understanding, and attach corresponding good job design case, provides reliable material for the paper.Through the data collection and sorting, as well as to the present situation investigation and analysis, the author summarizes the problems existing in the current high school Chinese homework design and produce reason, to solve these problems, put forward the corresponding strategy, namely know students situation, hierarchical designwork; Master job types, the diversity of design work; Grasp the objective factors, there are principles of design work; The design of the reasonable use of classroom time,quantitative homework; Perfect the evaluation mechanism, the effectiveness of the design work; Improve teachers’ skills, have a level of design assignments. Discussed in this paper through the detailed system of high school Chinese homework design strategy,for the majority of Chinese teacher with job design reference and help.
