Chinese homework is one of the important aspects of teaching,and it undertakes the task of consolidating knowledge and checking the learning effect.The traditional ‘one size fits all” language assignments neglect the differences formed by students influenced by the family environment,their own intellectual development,hobbies and other factors.Compared with traditional Chinese assignments,the hierarchical arrangement of language assignments is applicability and effectiveness.However,in many studies on stratification operations,there is a lack of systematic research on the stratification implementation strategy.This established the research direction,in-depth study of relevant theories and research results at home and abroad,using questionnaires,interviews,etc.,with 315 students and 12 Chinese teachers in the second grade of the school as the research object,research and analysis the high school practical problems of the students' work,combined with the relevant theoretical and practical issues,explored the job stratification strategy.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part,summarizing the significance of the topic selection,literature review,research objects,research methods and related concepts;the second part,clarifying the theoretical basis of the hierarchical arrangement of language operations,and exploring the hierarchical arrangement of language operations Principles;The third part,according to the questionnaire,analyzes the problems existing in the la yout of high school Chinese assignments from the aspects of student's academic situation,task difficulty,work volume,task form,and job evaluation;the fourth part,according to the problems existing in students' work,the strategy of layering the language operation is proposed,that is,the student's stratification is implemented according to the specific needs of the students;the difficulty level of the operation is implemented according to the characteristics of the students' learning;the classification of the operation target is determined according to the classification of the language learning content;ensure the effectiveness of the job,hierarchical control of the workload;the content of the operation should be rich,the form should be diverse;the evaluation of the operation should be layered.The fifth part summarizes the full text and refines the viewpoint.
