| The policy of building our country into a maritime power was proposed in 18th Chinese Communist Party Congress, this has given new impetus to the development of China’s marine industry.In recent years,the development of the Changjiang River and Zhujiang River Economic Belts lead to the deepening and restructuring of riverways, major costal cities strong focus on Cruise Ship Ports development, etc, reflected the strong development of China’s shipping industry. However, this development of the maritime industry need high quality crew,who graduate from the navigation colleges with high education.To have a high quality teaching staff staff require all institutions to always upgrade and update their teaching quality, timely detection the problems in teaching and correct the problem to improve their teaching quality, and cultivate more excellent crew for the maritime industry.This paper takes the quality of navigation teaching as the researching and analysis objects.At first,analyze the indexes in Project of Assessment on Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Scheme(Trial) and the thoughts or method of evaluation in book of Teaching Evaluation,then get the main indexes affecting teaching quality based on the characteristics of navigation teaching.Then, select the indexes by applying Delphy method to establish the teaching quality evaluation system for navigation teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges,calculate the weight of each index by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish the system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system.At last,focus on analysis of navigation teaching indexes in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Communications by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to find out the problems in teaching.The evaluation standard in appendix are based on documents and the academic papers issued by Ministry of Education,the research outcomes can offer some references for teaching quality analysis of Higher Navigation Colleges. |
