Evaluation Of Quality Of College Graduate Employment Work Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Judge Method

This thesis elaborates on the new trend of university employment policy, the employment situation of university students, the competitiveness of employment of university students, the prototype in university'effort to improve employment quality, general comprehensive evaluation on the employment quality, etc, through the following research approaches, comparison from horizontal and vertical perspective, prototype summarization, example study, model analysis, etc. The research shows that our employment work has lagged behind the foreign universities, additionally, the university students have been facing the severe employment situation and the lack of the competitiveness of employment, all of which demand us attach great importance to the evaluation on the employment quality. It is a good way to evaluate the employment quality of universities through the general comprehensive evaluation method, which can promote our country to value and strengthen the employment quality so that we can improve the level of employment work faster and better and help the students with a smooth employment.
