Our country has started since 1986 to try out the teacher duty to appointthe system, already has 20 years, during the 20 years, appoint the system fromstart to unceasingly consummate, have obtained very great achievements. But,as a result of the historical traditions, the social culture, and the plannedeconomy system, such as the influences of the various factors, the trueappointment does not build up, particularly in the selection and theappointment of teachers, there are still a lot of problems. The study its causeand the countermeasure system will employ the success of the reform isextremely important theoretical and practical significance.The high level university has to have the high teachers already becamethe university and parties concerned' mutual recognition. To build high-levelteam of teachers, there must be a good mechanism for the appointment of theteachers. But the establishment of the teacher's appoint mechanism, musthave "demanding-setting, open recruitment, equal competition, according toqualification appoints, strict inspection, contract management" the scientificprinciple of appointment as the instruction, must set up the special recruitmentagencies, draw up the reasonable recruitment process, use the scientificmethod of selection, and must this all institution and systematization and soon.This article first two chapters of recruiting teachers in colleges anduniversities use the theory and policy research, a more systematic analysis ofthe selection mechanism for the appointment of teachers in colleges anduniversities, the third is the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method iscomprehensive, objective guidance of a scientific theory and establishing thequality of teachers in colleges and universities for recruitment evaluationmodel College teachers employ to try to resolve the quality inspection issues.However, the recruitment of teachers in colleges and universities - the qualityof scientific evaluation tool is not enough, they should be made available toinspect the quality of personnel-related measures, and under the guidance of the scientific principles of the appointment system, the formulation of policiesand the establishment of institutions, therefore, Chapterâ…£presents a fuzzyquality tests on the appointment of teachers in colleges and universities inChina in the design selection.
