So the primary school teacher teacher’s ethics construction has attracted the attention of a great parties, specific how to construct the teacher’s ethics but this question before the people.The current state of elementary education vigorously support, to cultivate good ethics, through a variety of legal norms governing the teachers’ behavior. Local governments take various way to strengthen the construction of ethics. Our country region vast, and actual circumstances vary, and each place combinative oneself is actual. Making your own practical ethics, often obtain good actual effect. "His mountain, can offend jade", draw lessons from the beneficial experiences of different places, no doubt, can promote the sound development of the construction of the moral standards. In this paper, further study of teacher’s ethics construction of X Area in YAN CHENG City, find worthy of promotion experience, to provide reference for primary school teacher teacher’s ethics construction.The paper mainly divided into the following sections:The first part, define the relevant concepts, and points out that the research purpose and meaning, research method and content.The second part, through the literature review, analysis and general situation of foreign teacher’s ethics construction in our country.
