Teachers in higher vocational colleges as a student teacher, their quality and teaching level can directly affect the next generation of body and mind healthy development and the improvement of national quality. Facing this historic task, teachers in higher vocational colleges must have a good ethics as the foundation. In higher vocational colleges teachers is directly related to the school’s teaching function, also is related to the better development of education cause in our country and to further improve the quality of talents. Therefore, pay attention to the teacher’s ethics construction in higher vocational colleges, put it into effect, improve vocational ethics and overall quality of teachers, is in the way of training practical talents in higher vocational colleges must choose today. Over the years, our country higher vocational college to the teacher’s ethics construction is more and more attention. Ethics has important role to the development of the school, can higher vocational colleges is to shoulder the burden of the students’ learning and growing. Along with the socialist market economic system perfect and the deepening of the reform and opening up, people’s way of thinking and ideas, great changes have taken place in higher vocational college teachers in the new environment also something with the teacher’s ethics construction not harmonious, for now, the current situation of higher vocational colleges virtue complex, facing the problem of serious, and greatly restrict and affect the teaching work and the development of higher vocational colleges. This article obtains from the part of Shanxi province higher vocational colleges, the problems in the analysis of the teacher’s ethics construction, find out the root cause of the problem, put forward to enhance the opinions and Suggestions of the construction of the moral standards of higher vocational colleges in Shanxi province. Inheritance before the teacher’s ethics construction theory, summarizing, put forward an effective way to conform to the current status quo of the teacher’s ethics construction, so as to further perfect evaluation system of the construction of the moral standards and for teacher’s ethics construction and provide a good internal and external environment. This study used survey method, literature method, the graph method and so on, starting from the practice, from the current phenomenon of dig deeper into the various problems that exist in the teacher’s ethics construction in higher vocational colleges in our province, put forward the effective ways to solve the problem.
