Mathematics learning attitude is a psychological tendency of mathematics learners’ performance in mathematics learning environment, which is composed of math learning cognition,emotion and behavior tendency in three dimensions. The study in the predecessor of mathematics learning attitude of research based on, from the mathematical learning attitude of three dimensions(cognitive, affective and behavioral tendency) of status of two high school in Lintan County in cases of Ethnic Investigation Area high school students mathematics learning attitude, analysis of Han, Hui, Tibetan high students’ Mathematics Learning attitude differences, differences between the male and female high school students mathematics learning attitude of high school students mathematics learning attitude and the cultural degree of parents and mathematics achievement, explore the way of transformation of national area senior high school students’ mathematics learning attitude.The research uses the documentation method and questionnaire investigation method,maily investigate two high school student mathematics research learning attitude in Lintan county, take the Han, Hui, Tibetan high school students as the research object, selects 320 students in 2 schools as samples to investigate, using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software the survey data were subjected to statistical analysis,national differences in mathematics learning attitude by average and single factor variance analysis method, gender differences in mathematics learning attitude by independent sample t test, correlation and the effect of using Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the mathematics learning attitude and achievement. In order to attitude change theory as the support, through teaching practice,explore effective ways to change the ethnic regions obtained high school students mathematics learning attitude.Through the analysis of the survey data, the conclusions are as follows:(1) the high school students’ mathematics learning tendency in Minority RegionsActively;(2)of the Han nationality in Ethnic Area High School Students’ mathematics learning attitude than Hui and Tibetan high school students with math learning attitudes are positive;(3) national area high school students mathematics learning behavior than girls tend to actively;(4) minority areas of high school mathematics learning attitude and thecultural degree of parents has positive correlation;(5) minority areas of high school mathematics learning attitude and mathematics achievement: there is a positive correlation;(6) to change the ethnic area high school students mathematics learning attitude are mainly communication persuasion, encouragement, caring teachers,behavior modification, to create unbalanced environment and set a good example.Combined with the above conclusions, put forward the following suggestions:(1) pay attention to the change in senior high schools in ethnic areas the negative mathematics learning attitude;(2) to take effective measures to change in senior high schools in ethnic areas students mathematics learning attitude;(3) through the transformation of national area high school students mathematics learning attitude to improve the mathematics achievement.
