With the advancement of elementary education reform, the concept of teaching, learning and assessment of the trinity gradually established, examination as the mainway of evaluation, its consistency with the content standard research has deep into thevarious disciplines, it’s becoming more and more attention for the degree ofconsistency between them. At the same time, the standard and reliability of the highschool level test have become our focus because of its status enhances unceasingly. This study has important theoretical significance and practical value to researching theconsistency between the Physical exam of high school level test and the contentstandard, analyzing the consistency of them, judging the accuracy and reliability of thehigh school level test by using the method of combining "The consistency researchtool of SEC (Surveys of Enacted Curriculum)" and “The consistency research tool ofWebb".The sample of this study is the Physical exam of high school level test from fourdifferent provinces in2011-2014,it’s divided into three categories according todifferent elective part, including the test of elective1-1,test of elective2-1,test ofelective3-1. The main process of this study are: The first, to determine theconsistency research tool of this study referencing the consistency research tool ofSEC and the consistency research tool of Webb; The SECond, Using the consistencyresearch framework to analyze the level of consistency between the three categoriesand the corresponding content standard, calculating the consistency coefficient, andthen analyzing the consistency from the content topics and cognitive level and thecoefficient of consistency; The last, summarizing the analytical results, and puttingforward corresponding suggestions. The main conclusions of this study: On the whole, the Physical exam of high school level test of this study involveddose not have the remarkable consistency with the content standard in statisticalsense, but the consistency between the test of elective1-1,test of elective2-1,test ofelective3-1and the content standard have the similar characteristics.Firstiy, from the view of distribution of content topics, the Physical exam ofelective1-1and elective2-1elective3-1involve different content topics, but theyhave the same content topics with content standard in types of knowledge consistency, such as” the description of motion" and “the interactions and motion laws”and” themechanical energy andenergy”,and the rest of the content topics with the contentstandard don’t have consistency in types of knowledge.Secondly,on the view of the cognitive level,it is different between the Physicalexam of elective1-1, elective2-1,elective3-1and content standard, and all of thethree categories Physical exams give importance to “undersand”and “apply”,but giveno importance to “konw” and “realize”.Thirdly, From the point of the consistency coefficient, the Physical exams ofelective1-1, elective2-1,elective3-1do not have the remarkable consistency withthe corresponding content standard in statistical sense because of the consistencycoefficient doesn’t achieve the critical value.
