Our country’s basic education reform has made great achievements in the pastthirty years since the reforming and opening policy was adopted. In particular,in the21st century, along with the increasing need and requirements for thetalented person’s comprehensive quality in the national development strategy,basic education pays more and more attention to student’s development of capabilityof independence, especially focuses on developing students’ proper views on lifeand values. Although, the exam-oriented education is deeply rooted in China, itis still accepted and praised by Chinese parents, making the basic education(mainlyin high schools in the paper)have no choice but to concentrate on this kind ofeducation. And as a result, it must inhibit the students’ innovation and creativityin the long run, which does harm to the whole country’s enforcing all-roundeducation.Through the research, as for Qingdao, in the schools of towns, there exista variety of problems with developing quality education. Based on the researchsamples of10ordinary rural high schools in Qingdao, the essay covers samplesurveys, questionnaires and reviews, and completely studies and analyses thepresent situations and the hidden problems of rural schools. The research discoversthat in town schools, there are mainly five common problems with moral education.The first problem is that moral education doesn’t fit in with the students’physical and moral development rules; the second problem is that moral educationdoesn’t respect the students as the main body of education enough. The third oneis the ways and methods of moral education are single and rigid; and the fourthproblem is that families, schools and society are not strongly combined indeveloping moral education. What’s more, moral education pays little attentionto the school’s invisible curriculums.Through further research on the successful cases of the “Three Three Three”moral education model in No1Middle School of Huangdao, the essay explores andsummarizes three characteristics of the education model. The first is to fulfill“Three Themes”, leading a moral education road; the second is “ThreeParticipations”, emphasizing the students’ sense of being the main body ofeducation; and the third one is to insist on “Three determinations”, makingthe students develop to the fullest extent. The moral education model of the “ThreeThree Three” in No1Middle School of Huangdao plays a guidance part in hopingto solve the administration problems that similar schools face in “improvingintelligence along with moral development and achieving all-round development.”...
