Shuanglang Town is located in Dali city of Yunnan province. With the irresistible social change, local people’s interpersonal relationship and communication mode has became a new trend. In this paper, the author describes in detail the residence’s evolution from the Three Square A Screen Wall to the Sea-View Room. Based on the description of such a village space changes,the author pays attention to locals’ changes of interpersonal relationship and social interaction. In addition, in such a change of causation, the author not only sees the town’s change from a closed fishing village to a famous tourist town, but also sees the social transformation of a typical rural community how it happens. For the inspection, we may see some logical evolution of contemporary Chinese Rural Social Transformation and its possible consequences.
