The school information construction is a basic part of educationinformation and educational information construction of the wholecountry plays a very important role. For ten years in the Ministry ofEducation National Education Information (2011-2020) developmentplan, specifically referred to set up "school informationconstruction and enhance the ability of action" plan, this shows thatcountries attach great importance to the information constructionin schools. Information technology professional playing a leadingrole in the school information construction is a member of teachersand have a technological advantage over other teachers. However,on the one hand, the school information construction needsinformation technology professionals actively involved in. On theother hand, the information technology personnel the professionalis not important in the school. It is not a high position in the school,either. Many of the school of information technology professionalsfeel that their work undertaken and the reward does not meet,which leads to information technology professionals in manyschools are not conscientious and not serious to work. They would not like to take part in the construction of many informationtechnology professionals. As a result, school informationconstruction process is slow, and it has the overall impact on theeducation strategies of our country. Therefore, the author thinksthat the study on information technology professionals is toparticipate in the school information construction and it is verynecessary and important to show significance.This thesis adopts the methods of questionnaires andinterviews, conducts a survey on the part of the city of Lvliangcounty, involves the middle school information technologyprofessionals in the situation of school information construction,analyzes the problems appeared in the participation, and putsforward to corresponding countermeasures. The emergence offollowing problems are existing problems of educational technologyhardware and software configuration and management of my areaschools. Education information software can not meet the needs ofteaching, information technology professionals negative ininformation construction and professional quality can not letinformation technology professionals own adaptation informationconstruction in schools of education. Information knowledge is notin place. Aiming at these problems, put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions: strengthen the training, train toadapt to the information of education teachers, strengthen theconsciousness, change views, improve the assessment andincentive evaluation system, seek higher financial support tostrengthen information construction and increase professionaldevelopment to realize our value of life. To ensure the school information construction smoothly, we must make informationtechnology professionals actively involved. At the same time, thecountry enlarges the information construction investment to createa good environment for information technology professionalsexpertise. Only in this way can our school information constructionbe successful and realize the national ten year planninginformation.
