Life education should start from early childhood education, early childhood is an important stage, a person to grow a seedling to grow boughs and ultimately bear, will have to accept a good early education. Basic education starting stage of early childhood education in China, not only in the lifelong education system of our country occupy the irreplaceable important position, and improve the population quality in our country, the prerequisite to enhance China’s comprehensive national strength. Do a good job of the early childhood education, effectively improve the overall quality of the preschool education, promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society is not only the important step, is also the inevitable requirement to realize the great Chinese national people’s dream. Preschool teachers is the main force of the preschool education in China, is an indispensable partner in the process of children’s learning and growing. With the rapid development of our social economy, people began to make a high degree of preschool education in attention, and preschool teachers’ professional ethics problem has become the common focus by parents and social masses. In recent years, the frequent cases of preschool teachers in network moral anomie, due to the diversification of social values, preschool teachers have appeared in the traditional simple thinking a certain degree of change, coupled with the current our country for preschool teachers’ professional ethics norms and the lack of laws and regulations, directly caused some preschool teachers’ professional ethics is low. Therefore, from the point of the current situation, to further strengthen the research of preschool teachers’ professional ethics is very necessary. This paper will be divided into three parts:The first part: introduction, this part mainly introduces the research purpose, significance, this paper introduces the present situation of domestic and foreign research, research methods and research innovation, to better at the head of the full text.The second part: introduction to the basic theory of preschool teachers’ professional ethics, this part mainly expounds the connotation of professional ethics, the connotation and characteristics of the preschool teachers’ professional ethics and the significance of preschool teachers’ professional ethics education, so as to clear the theoretical obstacle for follow-up study.The third part: the problems existing in the preschool teachers’ professional ethics in the new period and its influence factors, this part firstly discusses the problems of preschool teachers’ professional ethics, including preschool teachers lack of noble career ideal and faith, the lack of professional identity and pride, professional attitude and behavior problems, and less than four aspects: knowledge of the professional ethics. Secondly summarizes the present situation of preschool teachers’ professional ethics influence factors, including the social environment for preschool teachers’ mentality, the overall lack of preschool teacher education, and the influence of preschool teachers’ professional morality consciousness is not strong in three aspects, which indicate the direction for the last part of the study.The fourth part: preschool teachers’ professional ethics construction countermeasures and thinking. Last part of the combined with the previous part of the research from the build preschool teachers’ professional ethics education good social environment, promote preschool teachers’ inner self requirements, to set up the mechanism of preschool teachers’ professional ethics construction, strengthen the reform of the education of infant education from four aspects, put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of preschool teachers’ professional ethics and cultivate, in order to make contributions to our overall development of the cause of the early childhood education.
