An Empirical Research On Promoting The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Ji’an County

Education has increasingly become the key factor of education and social development and international competitiveness in the current knowledge economy era. While compulsory education is the foundation of the whole education system which also plays a basic role in personal growth and social development. Based on the actual condition of balanced development of compulsory education within the County, Ji’an Country was chosen as the object of the survey in this paper. As for it is one of the model countries for the balanced development of compulsory education in Jiangxi Province. This paper aims to investigate the relevant actions, summary the working effects,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in Ji’an County through the actual survey.This paper includes four parts. The first part is the theoretical analysis of balanced development of compulsory education,which contains background purpose and significance of this research. And it also defines the relevant concepts of balanced development of compulsory education, analyzes and evaluates present domestic and international research results.The second part is about the investigation and analysis of Ji’an County promoting balanced development of compulsory education. Through the survey,it has been found that Ji’an County has staged a series of policies and adopted a variety of measures in the process of promoting compulsory education balanced development. The specific measures include:reasonable planning layout,the buildings and equipped with school facilities and cultivating high-quality teachers,equal students’ opportunities,the security of education funds’ investment,standardizing management of the education.The third part is about the major progress which Ji’an County has made for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. The County’s promoting compulsory education balanced development progress is mainly manifested in:the school network layout to rationalize,school hardware facilities configuration to comprehensive,the school campus construction to standardize,overall quality of education equal to and students come from to universal,the structure of the teachers to high configuration,the trend of the education budget devoted to systematic,the present situation of compulsory education to equalization.The fourth part mainly analyzes the existing problems in the balanced development of compulsory education in this County. The problems of County’s compulsory education balanced development are:the problems of uneven county in urban and rural teachers,the gaps of the construction of campus layout between urban and rural areas, the imbalance of county school education quality between urban and rural areas. In order to solve these problems,it puts forward the following countermeasures to further advance Ji’an County compulsory education balanced development:the rational allocation of teachers;standardize the procedures of school network adjustment;deepen the quality education and improve the quality of teaching.
