Study On The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education Between Urban And Rural Areas In Buerjin County

China pays more attention to the compulsory education.The government leaders has always put the education in the priority development status and keep the education power goal does not shake.Xinjiang is frontier and economically backward areas in China;the education play an important role in the keeping the security and improving the economic development.Based on this,writer has investigated four primary and middle schools,and evaluates the balanced development of the compulsory education by the deviation coefficient and the equilibrium index model.The whole thesis can be divided into six chapters.Chapter one is the introduction;the second chapter as the theoretical basis and research progress at home and abroad in;the third chapter in Xinjiang and Burqin county education obligations condition;chapter four Burqin county urban and rural compulsory education balanced development evaluation.Chapter five foreign promotes referential experience of the balanced development of compulsory education.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion.The result shows that survey sample schools in urban and rural compulsory education development is imbalance from 2012 to 2014,the compulsory education development is imbalance in the year 2012 and in the year 2013,the urban junior middle school compulsory education development is better than that of the rural,however,the rural junior middle school compulsory education development is better than that of the urban in the year 2014.The primary and secondary compulsory education has a equilibrium satiation.Because of the limit of survey data and evaluation index selection is not very perfect,the accuracy and scientific of the research conclusion of this thesis is to be further verified.That all,the gap between urban and rural compulsory education in Buerjin County is not very big,but there are some problems.We should draw lessons from abroad the experience and Enlightenment of the balanced development of compulsory education.In the future,Burqin County should pay more attention to the follow.Frist,the government should increase investment in the construction of urban middle school.Second,the government Should balance the allocation of teacher resources.Third the government should strength compulsory education school standard system construction.Fourth,the government should improve the education of the Huimin policy to support vulnerable groups,etc.Urban and rural compulsory education keeps a healthy direction by these measures.
