In recent years, in China, along with the rapid development of information technology, network training studio of teachers due to break the constraints of time and space, open and flexible characteristics has become an important means for the teacher professional development. More and more popular in the network of training for primary and secondary school teachers, and the network training studio of teachers that is the product of a new network training.The purpose of this study is to research the practical applicability on the basis of the network teacher studio which was designed to the effectiveness of distance training for primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi, and to provide a reference or recommendation for the future teachers to carry out distance training. While research on network teacher training studio helps to better improve the quality of teachers, and better development of teacher education.On the basis of theoretical research by constructing a suitable evaluation index system to verify the actual effect of multiple network training studio. The applicability of the evaluation index system as the basis, I through the application of the research methods of questionnaire, interview, statistics and so on to verify the teacher network training studio. And provide constructive reference for the future establishment of more and more high performance network training studio.The paper is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction. I elaborated research framework of this paper from the research background, research review, research design. The second part is concept and the theoretical basis. Concepts about network training studio and based on blended learning theory, learning community of teachers, adult learning theory, teacher professional development theory, and the theory of lifelong education. The third part is the construction of suitable evaluation index system. In four dimensions from the network training under the guidance of the theory of training object, training content, training goal of studio, training mode to construction suitability evaluation index system of the network training studio. The fourth part is the adaptation research of network training studio, to verify the effect of multiple network training studio based on the applicability of evaluation index system. The fifth part is a summary and recommendations are summarized in the analysis of the network on the basis of training studio, made reference to the proposal.The network training studio of teachers is a new way of teacher training in the Internet. Taking the adaptation research of network training studio as the selected topic of the paper. Hope that more and more experts and scholars pay attention to empirical research of the teacher training. To create more high-quality, high-performance network training studio, to enhance the effect of teacher training for the primary and secondary schools.
