Research purposes: Through the analysis of hydrogen peroxide gene(CAT) polymorphism distribution in Chinese Han population control athletes and the polymorphism associated with the selection of athletes with physiological and biochemical indexes, from the genetic point of view to explore and exercise capacity related genetic markers.Research objects and Methods: This study selected the CAT gene SNP / A-89 T sites. Using enzyme digestion and sequencing method to analyze CAT gene SNP / A-89 T polymorphism distribution in 92 Chinese Han Han ordinary athletes and 110 in the control group. At the same time the body composition test athletes maximal oxygen uptake, blood urea, creatine kinase and blood indicators; attempts to explore the feasibility of CAT gene SNP / A-89 T as an athlete with gene selection indicators.Research Results:(1) CAT gene SNP / A-89 T in the Han general population genotype TT genotype at least, AT type followed, AA type most. No, other domestic Han population, the Japanese population and the frequency distribution of the population of South America a significant difference. Tip SNP / A-89 T sites across geographical distribution of racial differences may not exist.(2) CAT gene SNP / A-89 T loci in Han Chinese athletes and the control group genotype and allele frequencies are not gender geographical differences. After grouped according to the level of the athletes found that women with the distribution level athletes A allele frequency was significantly higher than with the T allele frequency. Grouped according to the energy supply system, the project found that the distribution of the frequency of aerobic female athletes(AT + TT) was significantly higher than that of type AA genotype, carrying the T allele frequency was significantly higher than the A allele.(3)CAT gene SNP / A-89 T and selection with associated physiological and biochemical indexes. In aerobic project, found the male athlete of AA lean body mass was significantly higher than that(AT + TT) type athlete; male and female athleteswith the(AT + TT) type of hemoglobin were significantly higher than those of AA; male athlete(AT + TT) type who in VO2(ml / min / Kg) was significantly higher than the index of AA; female athletes carry(AT + TT) type in blood urea and creatine kinase index was significantly lower than that of AA.Research Conclusions: CAT gene SNP / A-89 T portable(AT + TT) type may be used as an aerobic athlete selection gene targets, but it needs further study to increase the sample size.
