"Learning Before Teaching, Get Training In Class" Teaching Mode In The Senior High School Mathematics Teaching Of The Practice And Research

With the deepening of curriculum reform, to explore a kind of outstanding students subject position, to reflect the modern teaching idea, to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, to promote all-round development of students in the teaching mode have become an urgent research topic. With the Yangsi middle school and Yongwei middle school used the "learning before teaching, get training in class" teaching mode has achieved remarkable success, many schools across the country are learning and using the successful experience.This thesis takes "learning before teaching, get training in class" teaching mode in mathematics teaching in senior high school as the research content. Through access to documents, the specific use of combine their own and other teachers, introduced BaoTing middle school in the "learning before teaching, get training in class" teaching model specific arrangement of each part and the actual application situation. Through the interviews of teachers and students, and the analysis of survey data, to understand the teachers’ classroom performance and application situation of students, and the advantages and disadvantages of the model.The results of the study show that, teachers in the use of "learning before teaching, get training in class" teaching mode exists some problems such as mechanical imitation, cope with the leadership etc; students’self-learning ability is low, to discuss cooperation is not up to the expected effect. But "learning before teaching, get training in class" teaching mode requires to grip basic knowledge and slows the progress of teaching, so conducive to the basis of poor students improve their performance, advantages to achieve superior culture supplement effect etc.
