Curriculum reform in our country adopted a policy of diverse teaching material under the basic country requirements, moral character and social also show a situation of “various versions for one outline”, but the textbooks still exist problems in the process of using. Therefore, our country encourages teachers creativity use of teaching materials and needs teachers should be flexible when they use textbooks and adjust measures to local conditions when the choose teaching contents,doing textbooks "redevelopment". At the same time, Curriculum reform practise three-level curriculum management including national, local and school and require teachers should focus on national,local schools and the students’ adaptability. Moral character and society pay more attention to students’ experience,so this course requests higher on students’ adaptability. For this, it is necessary for us to do the textbooks school-based "redevelopment" on moral character and and contact with more campus culture, giving students more practical experience.Based on this, this study aimed at Haikou primary school moral character and social textbooks school-based "secondary development" for research.This research mainly includes two aspects.On the one hand,from the perspective of analyzing textbooks’ text.making Educational Science Publishing House’s "morality and society" as an example, objectively analyzing and evaluating moral and social textbooks in three major aspects of content, organization and presentation.On the other hand, from the perspective of actual investigation, understanding real situation and problems of the school-based textbook "redevelopment" in Haikou and based on this, advances strategy and suggestion of the textbook school-based "redevelopment".This paper consists of seven parts:Chapter1,introduction.this part elaborates the gist,research methodology and the thought of demonstration.Chapter2,research summary.It examines the core concepts relevant to this research,including “textbook”,”textbook redevelopment”,”school-based”,”textbook school-based” and summarizes the development of the textbooks “redevelopment” at home and abroad,as well as summarizes related research results of the textbooks redevelopment.Chapter3,analyzing moral and social textbooks..It analyze and evaluate moral and social textbooks in three major aspects of content, organization and presentation.Chapter4,actual investigation about textbooks school-based "redevelopment”.It describe the real situation and problems of textbooks school-based " redevelopment "in Haikou and objectively analyzed the result of the survey.Chapter5,problems and reasons of the textbook school-based " redevelopment”.According to the situation,summarizes the problems and reasons of the moral and social textbooks school-based "redevelopment" at present.Chapter6,suggestion.Based on the achievements above,researcher Advance the strategies about the moral and social school-based textbook "redevelopment".Chapter7,conclusion.It summarizes the entire research.
