Training students to obtain mathematical accomplishment is an essential task on mathematics of secondary vocational school. The level and capacity of mathematical accomplishment is studied by ways of investigation, observation and investigation. The teaching & learning model of task-guiding and situation-carrying could be adopted to enhance the mathematical accomplishment of students by means of expounding and proving in theory and practice. The achievement is expected to put into trying so well as to be popularized in secondary vocational school.The full text is divided into three parts, the first part is the introduction, which elaborated the basic theory, the present situation of the research and the feasibility analysis of the research. The second part is a survey and an analysis, which is to obtain the present situation of the capacity of mathematical accomplishment and its reason. The third part is about how to enhance the capacity of mathematical accomplishment. First, consolidating the basis of knowledge. Second, reforming the tree of mathematics by means of reconstruction and procedure. Third, the teaching & learning model of task-guiding and situation-carrying could be adopted to enhance the mathematical accomplishment of students. Forth, the evaluation of teaching &learning should be reformed, which is to pay particular attention to the development of capacity of mathematical accomplishment.
