Both the school which is one hundred years old, and the new school, have their own characteristic culture, the main development direction of the school and the life of the school is the school culture. School culture can provide the school with enduring vitality and stronger state, can provide the development of the school with a steady stream of momentum..As the national ministry of education attach more attention to the school culture construction, the school culture construction has a pivotal position. However,In reality, culture construction in a lot of elementary schools is often overlooked, School culture construction has not been implemented. Concrete problems of the construction such as who build the school culture construction, how to build, built to what extent, has not been fully discussed. This phenomenon leads to the results that the school did not form the core strength, has no cohesion, teaching order is loose, can not provide effective guidance to the development of student’s quality education.The present status of research on school culture is now:school culture theory research system has basically taken shape, but this kind of theory system mainly for common problems in construction of school culture, and the individual study of different schools is still very poor, how to combine the characteristics of their construction of school culture, there are certain drawbacks. Purpose of research of this article emphasizes on current situation of the school culture construction of yanji primary under the perspective of the staff, and discusses the influencing factors of culture construction in YH Primary School finally put forward some constructive opinions and SuggestionsIn this paper, Questionnaire survey was conducted on 85 teachers from Yanji YH Primary School primary school.Combining with on-the-spot investigation and interview, and other forms of investiation aimed to understand the current situation of YH Primary School culture construction. documentation of YH primary school culture construction was collected and sorted.All dimensions of the cultural construction of the subjective and objective influent factors are discussed in this paper.Through the analysis and discussion of the result of the investigation, this study finally formed the following conclusions:overall level of school culture construction was general, more inclined to construction of material culture. Spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture was in the general level, the school and the government to strengthen the construction of school facilities in recent years; School culture construction support factors in better level, including the support of the school level is relatively high, the staff support level is relatively low, support factors and school culture construction has significant correlation; In the school the school culture construction history aspects, there are some drawbacks in traditional system of school culture construction in the personnel system, behavior of school culture construction in student behavior culture. Based on the above conclusions are as follows:the body of the school culture construction should pay more attention to the cultivation of the construction of spiritual culture, School culture construction needs the historical and cultural inheritance and development; School system culture construction need combined with cultural characteristics and humanistic spirit; Adhere to cultural richness and diversity of student behavior, promote the all-round development of students...
