Research Of Some Problems Primary And Middle School Teaching Staff Construction

The state of teachers in primary and middle schools is the decisive factor on the success of quality-oriented education or the failure and we must tighten up the construct of the teachers. According to the theory of pedagogy and management science, this article deems that the basic content of construct about teachers is how to heighten the qualities, to make the structure rational and to improve the construct environment of teachers in primary and middle schools. With the establish and perfect gradually of socialist market-oriented economic system, the construct of teachers in primary and middle schools xviii face more and more challenges. On analyzing the main questions at present about the construct, the author puts forward some suggestion and measures in order to strengthen the construct of teachers in primary and middle schools.
